  location is excellent, Easy walking distance to alot of the sights and right by a vaparetto stop. (unmanned). plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. apartment is on a low floor only two small flights of stairs . Cmmunication with owner/staff very good, met us at the apartment to check in on time. Would stay here again
  
  What could be improved: Only very small niggle, I like to keep my phone on charge by the bed at night but there were no plug sockets in the bedroom.

  Alberto is great and is very helpful and informative. Location is very good, too. The apartment and facilities are generally clean. Towels, beddings and pillows smell clean, too.

  The safe could be installed (fixed to the wall). As it is small it seems like anyone could just steal and carry it out of the apartment.

  What could be improved: the instructions of how to get to the house was missing . We only got a pin map from them. but after we arrive there we realized you can take water bus to one of the stop to get to the house.
