  Bien ubicado, a 10 minutos andando al puente de Rialto. Tiene ascensor. Cuenta con aire acondicionado, muy necesario en los meses de verano. Cercano a la parada del vaporetto para ir a Murano y Burano. Cercano a supermercado grande. Lavavajillas con pastillas. Sofá-cama cómodo. Cafetera italiana y café disponibles.
