the apartment is very well located with utilities, also having a large area
What could be improved: unfortunately, the bedding in the small room smelled strongly of unwashed feet, a sign that they had not been changed. Also, the small room had mold and standing in bed you could feel the coldness of the walls. The apartment with amazing view has a great location and was clean. It's located in a very good district, which is a bit far away from the crowded center. We observed the life of local Venetians and that was amazing! The hostess was very friendly and made our check-in and stay very comfortable.

it was very close to everything that we wanted to visit and transport hubs. the street was very close to very retro social area. supermarket was very close. Lady who was managing was very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed the stay here, we stayed for 5 nights. Was in a lovely residential area of Venice. I would highly recommend staying here. You feel like you are walking in the footsteps of locals as oppposed to the tourist traps, really nice restaurants and bars which are a 2 minute walk from the apartment. When I go to Venice again I will stay here for sure. If the walls those buildings good talk with 100s of years of history, you can feel the history everywhere.

Fabulous location, great facilities in the apartment and brilliant communication with Nicole throughout. The apartment is directly on the canal so the view was amazing and it's a few minutes walk from some amazing little restaurants and bars.

Ruhige Lage, trotzdem in der gleichen Strasse etwas weiter weg mehrere Restaurants. 5 Min bis zur Vaporette Haltestelle. Supermarkt innerhalb 5 Minuten. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt.
What could be improved: Ein Upgrade wären Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, da es abends doch viele Stechmücken hat.
