  Upon making the reservation you are ‘hit’ with a long list of rules and fines if something is not done correctly. There is a fine for every 10 minutes after the 10 am departure time.
  
  The information requested prior to check in was excessive. We know the data required for the police register and it does not include the home address of each guest nor does it require photos of our passports or a current photo of your face.
  
  We asked for a a 3pm check-in but started getting calls at 2.00 asking when we were arriving. We did the best we could to get there as fast as we could but we had to wait for three boats to get there since there were so many people. The most disturbing thing was that we had to take all of our garbage away even when departing on a Sunday. It was acknowledged that there is no collection on Sunday, but that we should just leave it at the market where it is usually left during the week – the police were there this morning so there was no way we were leaving our garbage there. We were told that we should take most of it away on Saturday which we did, but we are now at the train station with our garbage from the last 12 hours with nowhere to put it.
