Farini Suites wi-fi Overview
First Impressions
You know what struck me about Farini Suites wi-fi right away? It’s tucked into this gorgeous old Venetian building on Calle de la Posta de Fiorenza, and honestly, finding it feels like discovering a secret. The entrance is understated — no flashy signage — just a simple door that opens to reveal this charming three-star property that punches way above its weight. I mean, when you’re staying on the first floor of a historic palazzo in Cannaregio, you’re already winning before you even see your room.
The Cannaregio Advantage
Here’s the thing about this location that most tourists don’t realize — Cannaregio is where actual Venetians live and work. You’re about a ten-minute walk from San Marco, but you get to experience Venice without the crushing crowds that plague the main tourist areas. I loved stepping out in the morning and seeing locals heading to work, kids walking to school, and neighborhood shops that aren’t just selling overpriced gondola keychains. The Jewish Quarter is practically next door, and there’s this fantastic local bakery around the corner that I stumbled upon completely by accident.
What You’re Actually Getting
The suites themselves are pretty smart for the price point — they’ve managed to blend traditional Venetian character with modern necessities without making it feel forced. The wi-fi (which is literally in the name, so you know they take it seriously) actually works well, which isn’t always a given in these old buildings. Each suite has a small kitchenette area that’s genuinely useful if you want to grab groceries from the Rialto Market and prepare a simple meal. The bathrooms are compact but well-designed, and the beds are comfortable enough that I actually slept well despite the occasional water taxi passing by outside.
The Couple Connection
I totally get why couples rate this place so highly — there’s something inherently romantic about staying in a quiet residential neighborhood where you can actually hear each other talk without shouting over tour groups. The narrow streets around here are perfect for those evening strolls where you’re not constantly dodging selfie sticks, and you’ll find little wine bars and trattorias that feel authentic rather than touristy. Plus, having your own suite means you can come and go as you please without dealing with hotel lobby scenes or crowded breakfast rooms.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn’t going to be the fanciest place you’ve ever stayed, but it delivers exactly what it promises — a comfortable, well-located base in Venice that doesn’t break the bank. The 8.5 rating makes perfect sense when you consider that you’re getting genuine neighborhood living in one of the world’s most expensive tourist cities. Recent guests consistently mention the location, and after spending time here, I understand why. You’re close enough to everything that matters, but far enough from the madness to actually enjoy your evenings. Sometimes that balance is exactly what you need in a city like Venice.

The location was excellent. Just a short stroll to the Rialto bridge.
Lily from United Kingdom – 14 August 2024 (9/10)
Such a great location! Comfortable beds, free water bottles, a free breakfast downstairs in our favourite cafe in Venice and the aircon and bedroom was so lovely and freshly done up.
The communal kitchen was a nice okay to connect with others and the little sofa was a nice touch to chill in the evening.
What could be improved: We didn’t get given our door number so had to call up to get it.
We noticed when we checked out 2 sets of couples checking in had to also wait for their door number and the cleaner only just came in to clean 15 minutes after their check in so they had to wait longer.Youssef from Egypt – 30 July 2024 (9/10)

Chris-op-reis from Netherlands – 8 April 2024 (9/10)
Fully renovated rooms. New facilities such as shower and bathroom. Central kitchen is shared with other suites. Located close to shops, restaurants and points of interest. For breakfast, the Farini coffebar is directly located under the appartments. Communication with host went fine. Arrival and access instructions were clear and sent in advance.

Irina from Russia – 6 November 2023 (9/10)
The apartments are very-very stylish, much better than at the pictures. Very clean, all is new, the bed is comfortable. The location is great, right on the main way through the Venetian touristic points. From Santa Lucia station it takes 20 minutes to get there on foot. Thanks to the hostess for the compliment breakfast in the cafe downstairs.
What could be improved: Nothing to mention
