  It was a very clean apartment with comfy beds, a lovely balcony, plenty of space, nice shower gel, and good storage and hanging space. Short walk to the waterbus stop.
  
  What could be improved: It was very noisy. The apartment above were very noisy, and you could hear people just below in the street. It was a slightly long walk to the main area, but the Garibaldi 2 mins walk away was very convenient with supermarkets and cafes.

  Lovely, friendly hosts and a nice room. I was able to collect the keys from a safety deposit box, meaning I wasn’t rushing from my flight and was able to meet the host in the morning instead.

  Everything:
  location, comfortable bed, beautiful setting, all the staff very attentive (provided specific directions about how to get there without any issues), Ionela very kind, Francesca and Matteo as well. I’m beyond happy with everything! I’m sure going back 👌😊

  (the toilet odor that people were complaining, I figured it out and placed the trash can to cover the shower drainage, so I didn’t have any issue with that matter).

  A light airy large 3rd floor apartment with a balcony. A view of quiet streets away from the noise. 3 minutes walk from the Giardini Biennale site. Very near the lush and peaceful end of Venice. Air conditioning was great on hot nights. Friendly welcome.
  
  What could be improved: The late check in fee I incurred because my flight was delayed. Apartment needs some redecorating. No microwave and only basic kitchen equipment.
