  Location was nice and bathroom was lovely but that was about it. Bed was really hard, kitchen was small. For the price we paid, I didn’t really think it was value for money. They also had the bright lights of the canal come into the bedroom as the windows had no curtains.

  The location was perfect even more then we expected and the person who received us was really gentle and explained very well about our stay in the house and even suggest us a very good restaurant not too far …….it was the best meal of sea food .Paradiso perduto !!!

  it was an updated apartment right on the canal. the man was helpful to show everything. it had almost all supplies. it had a washer & dryer which we appreciated traveling 3 weeks!! we loved the place!

  The location was super, the apartment was clean and it had everything we required.
  
  What could be improved: The welcome was as terrible. I understood check-in was between 2.00 – 8.00pm, we arrived a minute to 8.00 and they tried to charge us £40.00 late arrival even although we arrived before 8.00. Where was our "welcome to Grand Canal – Red and Venice?" The attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, they even tried to charge us an extra night local tax. Due to 19degree maximum heating temperature the apartment was very cold, we had to watch the TV with the duvet wrapped around us.

  The location. The view from the bedroom windows is out of this world. You can hear the grand canal
  lap up against the wall and see the gondoliers getting ready for work and the grand canal working.
  It is magical. Feels like you are In an exclusive local area. Minutes walk from restaurants and bars and
  wonderful little shops and beautiful squares and churches.
  
  What could be improved: It was really difficult finding the place 2 minute walk took 40 minutes but it was dark and wet and we
  were tired and hungry and it is worth finding.
