The bathrooms are compact (this is Venice, after all), but everything works well and feels clean and modern. I found myself actually lingering over coffee, planning the day’s adventures while watching other guests head out to explore.

  This hotel was in a perfect location! It was on a canal off the Grand Canal so it was a little quieter which was nice for us. It was in the San Marco area and 5-10 minute walk to all the main attractions so that was perfect. I personally like staying in places where their decor represents the town/city/area and their Venetian decor of an old palace was perfect for me. Breakfast was amazing! I will definitely be staying here on next trip.

  Pleasant Venetian style hotel, welcoming staff, breakfast included, close to St Mark’s Square.
  
  What could be improved: Heating in room a bit up and down. One afternoon…no heat from radiator…but when we came back after dinner it was working okay?

  A perfect location in the heart of Venice. Marco Francesca and all the staff are amazing. They helped as very much and always suggested the best places to visit. They did all the arrangements for us..transport and reservations.
