  Atmospheric and personal, superb location – water taxi to the door or water bus just along the wharf. Could hear the waters gently lapping outside.

  Great breakfast and other meals in the beautiful hotel restaurant. The hotel staff provides superior services throughout the day. The location of the hotel is beautiful and relatively quiet. We will be back next year!

  Lovely quiet location situated away from the crowded tourist areas around St Marks etc. but still close enough to reach on foot. Gave me the opportunity to see some parts of Venice that otherwise I may not have seen. Beautiful setting on the water. Arrived well before check in time but my room was unexpectedly ready. Had a delicious dinner in the restaurant.
  
  What could be improved: My room was spotlessly clean with a great view & everything I needed but the decor (wallpaper) was a bit jaded.
