  Very friendly and helpful staff. A steep set of stairs to reception on the first floor. Then a lift to second floor accommodation. A very easy to find and central position.

  The hotel is located on the main tourist road, making everything easily accessible. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Both the lobby and the room are clean, with a fresh, renovated look and a well-designed interior. The room has everything you need, including a small fridge. The air was fresh and had a pleasant scent. The air conditioner worked well, quickly warming up the room. Room service is provided daily. We had a wonderful stay.

  Nice hotel if you want to visit Venice. Very close to the train station. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. All our requests were fulfilled.

  The room was gorgeous, and in a great location. You still have to walk up a flight of stairs, but there is an elevator after the first flight. The quietest elevator I've ever used.

  Location is fabulous.
  Very clean. Helpful staff!
  Love the area its located in.
  Vaporetto stop right opposite and other stops within 200m of hotel.
  If you are arriving by plane, waterboat arrives at Guglie stop from the Airport.
  A 10 mins walk from train station if arriving by train. If arriving by bus or car, take people mover then 15 mins walk.

  Location is excellent, walking distance to boat and train station, on the canal with so many good restaurants , above all is beside a cozy, heartwarming garden.
  
  What could be improved: Checkout time is 10.30, though the staff was so nice when i asked for some extra time, but it will be good if you consider changing checkout time.
