  Everything about this property was great. Everything is clean and is close to the water taxi station. Host was excellent, came to handover the keys, showed us around the house and explained the house rules. He also gave us clear directions on how to get to the property.

  This is a very comfortable apartment, fully equipped, very spacious, clean and it is located in a quiet residential area but within walking distance to attractions (we do not mind walking!). Sebastiano was lovely and was there to greet us and hand over the keys and gave us advice on some Venice rules (namely taking out the trash) how to get around and best route to the airport. Always very responsive to our messages. This was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again if returning to Venice.

  Quiet area, if taking a water taxi from the airport pretty much dropped off outside, dishwasher and washing machine!

  The apartment is very clean and the location is great. In the apartment you can find everything you need. There are many restaurants nearby where you can eat. Alessandro is a very kind and helpful person, who gave us all the information we needed. I recommend this accommodation. I will definitely stay here again

  Alexander was an excellent host – he met us with the keys and explained in detail everything about the apartment. The apartment itself was clean and modern and met all our needs. I would recommend staying here.

  The property was very clean, well equipped, beside the sea , only 150 meters from Tre Archi water bus station, comfortable and I believe families will enjoy. The owner took effort to personally greet us and show us the property.
