  Visiting Venice for three nights for New Year's Eve. The apartment is located in a dead-end, which makes it a quiet location in general (even on New Year's Eve). The bedroom on the first floor is really quiet (the neighboring apartment was also occupied but the presence of our neighbors was barely noticeable). Many of the windows can be completely darkened with the wooden shutters (not so for the bedroom on the ground floor, though). Mattresses are quite hard (perfect for us).
  
  The garbage disposal instructions were not a problem for us since we didn't generate much trash and didn't need to dispose of it ourselves. The main concern seems to be that we should not leave garbage bags on the streets for collection.
  
  What could be improved: The stairs, particularly those leading from the first to the second floor, are extremely steep. The bathroom on the first floor is exceptionally narrow. Mattress protectors are missing.

  Location is good, 12 min walk from station and water bus is next to the building. It is very clean
  
  What could be improved: It is an apartment with 3 floors. But the stairs are sharp deep and steps are small. You have to be very careful going up and down. not good to seniors. The bathrooms are so small that you can not even turn yourself around for a 62kg person. You cannot seat comfortably on the toilet.

  Really nicely renovated.
  
  What could be improved: The garbage instructions were quite stressful. We wouldn’t expect to pay 100s of euros per night and have so many detailed instructions about garbage, including having to meet a garbage boat by 830am?! In the end we didn’t have to do it because we checked out on a Sunday (no garbage boats on Sundays). The bathroom on the 2nd floor would be impossible to use for an overweight or tall person. I am average size and had to side step / shuffle through. Also, this apartment would not be safe for kids under 3 or 4 years old. The stairs are very hard and steep.

  Прекрасные достаточно современные апартаменты в Канареджо. От вокзала пешком 13 минут, тихая улочка, комфортно и удобно. Большая кухня-гостиная, терраса, красота! Два санузла, две полноценные спальни.

  L'appartamento molto curato nei dettagli. La posizione comoda, raggiungibile a piedi dalla Stazione Centrale oppure a pochi metri dalla fermata del vaporetto. Ogni camera aveva un bagno, i letti comodissimi e l'ampia cucina ben dotata all'ultimo piano con apertura verso la terrazza, è davvero in un'ottima posizione per cenare all'aperto. Le scale per accedere ai piani sono un po' ripide, come del resto è caratteristico delle case a Venezia ma sono dotate di un corrimano e di un sistema di illuminazione a fotocellula che consente di averle sempre illuminate. Direi che l'appartamento non è indicato nel caso di una famiglia con bambini piccoli oppure di persone anziane che hanno problemi a salire e scendere. Ma non è stato il nostro caso! L'appartamento è vicino ad un rinomato forno del ghetto ebraico e a una decina di minuti a piedi da un market, oltre che vicinissimo a 'bacareti' e ristoranti.
  
  What could be improved: Non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di effettuare il check in prima delle 15:00, pertanto se arrivi in mattinata devi gestire il tuo bagaglio, così come il check out entro le 10, ha comportato una spesa aggiuntiva del deposito. In altre strutture dove abbiamo alloggiato a Venezia, c'era una sorta di deposito bagagli con un codice temporaneo che permetteva di lasciare e prendere i bagagli in giornata.
