  Prima Lage in unserem Lieblingsstadtteil. Die Wohnung war geräumig, gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Restaurants, Supermarkt, Vaporetto Station gleich um die Ecke bzw. ganz in der Nähe.
  
  What could be improved: Einige merkwürdige Mails – angeblich von der Agentur in Venedig – die wir vor Abreise und auch noch nach unserer Ankunft erhielten und die bei uns für etwas Verwirrung sorgten.

  Очень тихое расположение и комплектация всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Удобное расположение в плане транспортной доступности.
  
  What could be improved: Прежде всего душевая у которой только занавеска. Принимать душ здесь так, чтобы не пролилась вода с поддона на пол не возможно. Второе – это отсутствие москитных сеток на окнах.

  We loved the location, accessibility by foot and water ferries and the neighborhood. Apartment was super quiet with excellent AC. Actual mattress with the sofa bed and modern kitchen with essentials and good coffee ☺️ Matteo who checked us in was super helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Bathroom was perfectly functional but with lower ceiling height in the shower which was not a problem for us but may be for taller people.
