  A szállás kiváló helyen van (forgalmas tér a közelben bárokkal, éttermekkel, Conad-dal) és remekül felszerelt. A házigazda nagyon segítőkész!
  
  What could be improved: 3-ból ketten nem tudtuk kinyitni egyedül a külső bejárati ajtót hosszas, perceken keresztül tartó próbálkozás során sem.
  Sok bogár nyom volt a falakon, plafonon, amit valamiért ott hagytak…nem volt túl gusztusos. Összességében nem volt meg a teljes tisztaság érzete valahogy.
  A szemetesről a távozáskor a vendégnek kell gondoskodnia, ami vasárnapi kicsekkolásnál nehezített tényező, vagy fizet, hogy más elintézze helyette. Ez egy váratlan információ volt számunkra.

  First time staying in Dorsoduro. Superb location near Ca' Foscari, good-sized grocery store 3 mins walk away, ~15 minute walk to S. Lucia. Spacious apartment, with kitchen views over courtyard, bedroom views to street. Recycling in Venice can be confusing and/or inconvenient, but host did offer a nominal fee to deal with it, which was appreciated.
  
  What could be improved: A bit pricey, I guess due to the arts season. Decor a bit dry and basic but functional. Generally quiet neighborhood, but voices down narrow streets on bedroom side might bother early-to-bed types. Hot water a bit finicky to get going. Internet is relatively slow at 5Mbps, and corners and thick walls reduce signal strength to bedrooms.

  Gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Stadt. Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt geklappt, Licia war super nett. App. war geräumig und ideal für uns als Familie. Auch fußläufig bei der Ankunft vom Busbahnhof gut erreichbar.
