  L'île de Guidecca est calme avec une ambiance de village, loin du tumulte de Venise. Très reposant après une journée de visite. On est situé à 10 min à pied du Vaporetto et à 15 min de navigation de la place San Marco.
  Le logement est spacieux, lumineux et propre et bien équipé, je recommande.

  L'appartement est bien équipé. Il est bien situé sur l'île de Giudecca, en face de Venise. Le quartier est très calme avec peu de touristes et donc de bruit. Il y a un "roof top" situé juste au dessus de l'étage qui permet d'avoir une jolie vue sur Venise, le jour comme la nuit. Il y a un ascenseur et un supermarché "coop" à 200 mètres de l'appartement, où les prix sont très raisonnables (on vous recommande la boucherie et fromagerie). La ligne 2 de Vaporetto vous emmène toutes les 10 minutes sur Venise en moins de 10 minutes. La remise des clés s'est faite en personne avec Sophie qui parle français et qui nous a très bien expliqué le fonctionnement de l'appartement. Il y a un bistrot à moins de 200 mètres de l'appartement et une pizzéria avec un vrai pizzaiolo qui vend des très bonnes pizzas à emporter pour moins de 9 euros la pizzas…. Et il y a un four dans l'appartement qui permet de bien les réchauffer. L'ile de Giudecca est magnifique, il faut s'y perdre pour voir les pêcheurs de "Moché" (crabes mous) et découvrir les cloîtres, centre d'art qui sont sur l'île. Giudecca c'est aussi beau que Venise Mais sans les touristes. Dépaysement assuré.

  L'absence de téléviseur ne nous a pas manqué, nous n'en avons pas….
  Si, en fait, ce qui nous a le plus manqué c'est un four à micro-ondes pour réchauffer nos plats… Il faudrait réfléchir à en acheter un…

  Location. Convenient. Have lift access so that is good when you have luggage because the apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It has all the convenience if you prefer to cook in.

  L'appartement est situé dans un endroit calme, il était propre à l'arrivée et nous avons été très bien accueilli.
  Je recommande ce logement qui est vraiment situé proche des endroits touristiques et des monuments historiques de la ville, proche aussi du bateau vaporetto
  
  What could be improved: Le fait que l'appartement ne soit pas climatisé, avec la chaleur rencontré lors du séjour, la chaleur était difficilement supportable mais c'est le seul point négatif.

  à 100m du Vaporetto et donc à proximité de palais des Doges mais aussi du grand canal, de Morano. Calme, propre,grand. Accueil sympathique. le quartier est agréable avec des commerces et petits restaurants agréables.
