  Coffee, teas and biscuits were available at the property. The flat was very warm, sheets and towels were provided. Location is perfect to visit the city.

  The area was lovely and quiet at night. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Boat stops nearby.

  It’s located in very quiet neighborhood and just 5 minute walk to vaporetti stop on Grand Canal. The bedrooms were big and the mattresses were good. A great place to sleep! There was a large interior courtyard for sitting/dining outside as well as a living room with TV and a piano. The kitchen was well equipped. The decor was quaint, a bit “shabby chic” (interesting art and objects). We felt really at home there.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom was small, although the shower was the nicest and biggest I’ve encountered in Italy.

  The apartment is located in the Cannareggio district, right on the Cannareggio Canal, lined with bars, restaurants and artisan shops, with a lovely atmosphere. All the important sights are within walking distance. The host was very friendly and helpful all along our stay. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped. Bright during the day, quiet during the night. The bathroom is small but clean.
