  What could be improved: der Espresso-Kocher war ziemlich widerlich, aber eh zu klein um für 4 Personen Kaffee zuzubereiten.
  Wir haben uns einen Trichter gekauft und mit den mitgebrachten Papierfilter unsern Morgenkaffee gebraut.
  
  Tolle Wohnung, allerdings nicht für Kleinkinder und gehbeeinträchtige Menschen, die Treppen sind steil und lange.

  Convenient to shops and restaurants.
  30min walk to St Mark's square.
  It is 3 stories so not suitable if you have mobility issues.

  Die Unterkunft hat eine hervorragende Lage in einer Seitengasse: Ideal, wenn man es ruhig möchte. Es handelt sich um eine Wohneinheit über zwei Stockwerke, die sehr schön renoviert wurde. Von der Küche bzw. dem Wohnraum gelangt man auf die Terrasse. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich ebenerdig bzw. im ersten Stock.
  
  What could be improved: Die automatischen Instruktionen, die man vor dem Einchecken erhält, sind sehr unpersönlich. Ideal für Menschen die Anonymität mögen. In der Wohnung selbst wird man permanent in verschiedenen Texten darauf hingewiesen, was man nicht tun bzw. unterlassen soll.
  Die Müllbeseitigung sollte in der Endreinigung inkludiert sein. Der getrennte Müll muss an bestimmten Tagen zu einem Boot gebracht werden. Wenn man an einem anderen Tag abreist, ist man gezwungen alles in den Restmüll zu werfen.
  Die Treppen sind sehr steil und nur für sehr mobile Menschen geeignet. Das Einzelbett im ersten Stock ist eine Ausziehcouch ( nicht sehr bequem) und eignet sich für Kinder oder Kleinwüchsige.
  Den Haartrockner muss suchen. Geschirrtücher sind nicht vorhanden.

  The photos don't do it justice, its even nicer in person. Me and my family loved it. Its extremely well appointed, A/C is cold, the place is clean, the WiFi is good and has everything … Laundry, great kitchen, plenty of space. The place is a gem, would stay again in a heartbeat !!!
  
  What could be improved: Not a huge fan of QR codes to documents that could be printed (but they have internet so, no harm no foul). The garbage collection requires waking up a bit early. Its not an issue for general garbage (collected daily), but its alternating days between glass and paper, so there is no excuse for leaving garbage in such a wonderful place, but a little understanding on glass bottles or paper. That being said… The place is a gem, would stay again in a heartbeat !!!
