  The property is in the best location imaginable one block from San Marco Square

  Location is fantastic right next to San Marco Piazza, literally two minutes walk. Elevator, Air conditioner, shower everything was working . Exceptionally beautiful room, very old building may be 500 years old but with modern amenities. The host was exceptionally nice to me,he help me with the luggage and direction, showing way from vaporetto.
  It was dark, I have arrived late, and he was so nice to meet me right at the boat station.
  Very clean apartment.

  The property is steps from St. Mark’s square, excellent location. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchenette.
  
  The lift was quite small, one at a time with luggage, but at least we had a lift.
  
  We had limited contact with the owner, as he was I’ll when we were there.
  
  What could be improved: While the bathroom was obviously newly remodeled, it was very small with very little space between the toilet and the sink. The shower, however, was the largest we had on our trip and had a rainfall shower head.

  Great sized accommodation in a perfect location. If it’s your first time in Venice it’s very easy to get lost (in a good way though). All you have to do to find the apartment, is follow signs to San Marco and once you are there, your accommodation is easy to find. Really comfortable bed and the shower, Wi-Fi, etc all worked perfectly throughout our stay. There is an added bonus of a kitchenette area if you prefer to cook your own food.
  The owner was also very understanding when we informed him that we would be arriving later than we would have liked.
  I definitely recommend this accommodation

  The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, from an equipped kitchen to a big bed. It is very close to the Piazza San Marco and was easily accessible by the waterbus system from the airport. Antonietta gave us a good tour of the apartment and the check-in process was easy.
