  The location and very friendly, helpful staff and owner.
  
  What could be improved: Bathroom had no ventilation and windows didn't have a net, so there were a few insects (mosquitoes, moths and fruit flies) and spider webs in the bedroom and bathroom mini hallway. Towels looked very old

  A cute little flat with a big bedroom and a pull out couch which is very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. Bedroom has windows wich directly overlook the canal. Everything is modern and sleek.
  We checked in later then what was written and we got great instructions how to do it.

  Very cute and comfortable in reasonably quiet area. Situated right on a canal with the odd boat coming through early morning while 😴 Very easy to find main canal to get on local ferry to explore Venice.

  Perfect location, silent, easy to reach from vaporeto, close to the bridge through the main canal. You will be able to spot gondola just in front of your window, it is just above one of the canals. Walking distance to San Marco Piazza. Bathroom extremely clean. Apartment is very spacious. You can also sit outside – the terrace is shared with the other apartment.
