  Alvise was excellent. Meeting us at the vaporetto in the pouring rain and taking us to the apartment. The accom was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. It was tucked away in a quiet lane. Everything was walkable. Great spot to stay in Venice.

  We LOVED the property. Fantastic location,spacious, very clean 🙏🏻, wonderful architecture, a combination of modern and antique decor. Set up beautifully with all amenities. Alvise was most helpful in welcoming us and providing us with invaluable information to traverse this magical city! We treated the property as if it were our own and left it as found.   The apartment is very spacious and located in a central yet peaceful part of Venice. You can easily find various restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The host is very helpful and attentive. I would love to stay here again.

  Wonderfully spacious, great location, quiet, fun jacuzzi bath. Under 15 minute walk to St Mark's Square, 10 to Rialto Bridge. Martina met us off the water bus and was so helpful and friendly, showing us recommended restaurants which were fabulous.
