  The location was perfect, and the apartment was spacious. Compared to other options in Venice, I think it's a fair price.
  
  What could be improved: The cleanliness was ok, with the exception of the dead mosquitoes still sticking on the walls. What I really didn't like was the noise of the front door slamming shut, right below our bed, which woke us up every morning when the first person left the house, sometimes around 6am. There was also a painter right below our window, who had a conversation with just about every passer-by – at a level that we could understand every word…
  Finally, I don't think it's fair having to carry our the trash early in the morning when on holiday. We do of course keep the apartment clean, but we could not avoid to leave a bit of trash behind.

  What could be improved: Loved everything except the man who gets up at 5am and paints outside the Guggenheim wakes you up with his terrible selling technique to any poor passers by.

  Excellent location! Very nice apartment, comfortable, clean, equipped. Seamless communication, willingness.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was great, just one thing, once it happened that the water was turned off unexpectedly, by coincidence we were in the shower… otherwise really everything is perfect.

  This apartment is in a great spot next to the Guggenheim! so close to everything and like you live in Venice. Lovely artworks, spacious, clean and comfy furnishings.
  
  What could be improved: I love this apartment but it would be even better if there was a little clothes washing detergent, coffee, oil, pepper which there was the last stay I had there in 2019. There were three large pots but this made it difficult if cooking small things. A frypan is needed! It was noisy in evenings with passers by which is to be expected. mosquitos too but I was prepared. However a painter set up at 6:30am talking loudly to all passersby in the calle which was annoying every morning to be woken up by. Even with earplugs! Despite all this I will book again as I love it despite these aspects.

  Nice roomy place. Good situation. Nice with the late check-in although it took some insisting. Generally well equipped and confy.
  
  What could be improved: Unclear directions to get the key late at night. The video showed a different place than the map, the map being correct. Also a bit confusing the entrance door having a different nummer than the adress.
  Dirty and very old fridge needed kicking to close. The single bed was very uncomfortable, the double was fine.

  The location was the most important thing to us, near Academia and lots to see. The apartment was adequate but a bit tired, could do with refreshing. The keyholder was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the apartment adequately equipped.
  
  What could be improved: Lacking in electric lights at night. No welcome pack at all. Some milk would have been good. Cramped bathroom, could do with a couple of hooks and a shelf. No mosquito nets on windows!!!

  What could be improved: bedding and towels were extremely old and shabby and lounge furniture was tired and uncomfortable. Kitchen was missing some basic essentials. It was also extremely noisy from 6am to late at night.

  What could be improved: We were in Venice, and the apartment was very cold because the temperatures dropped. However there was no heat in the apartment because the air conditioner didn’t work. The central heating didn’t either. The owner could have provided an electric heater at least. Also the electric kettle was not functioning.
