  Location was great. Quiet area, but easy walking to everything. Lots of storage in the bedroom. Using the washing machine was great after a number of days hiking in the Dolomites. Very nice sitting on out in the evening with a glass of wine in the terrace on top.
  
  What could be improved: The flights of stairs after a long day. Hey, we knew they were there, but didn’t have to like it.

  The apartment is on a great location, close to everything interesting, especially the Rialto bridge, the market and the vaporetto station. Fabio is a very kind, well-organized and accommodating host. The railway station, St. Marco square is nearby as well and the connection with the airport is excellent. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and maintained, in a quiet area, yet in the center. A special advantage is the roof terrace with a beautiful view..
  
  What could be improved: We have no complaints at all. The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator, but this is clearly explained in the offer and description of the apartment, so there is no confusion about it. The view of the rooftops of Venice is all the more beautiful!!!

  A beautiful place to stay in Venice, really central location. It is a quiet street though so a really peaceful place to be. The apartment is much larger than it looks in the photos and much more beautiful too! The roof view and space is stunning, we ate our dinner up there every evening. Fabio, the host, was really helpful throughout. A perfect Venetian stay!

  The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and I really loved the rooftop terrace. It was amazing to get a perspective on Venice from there. The apartment was close to stores, ATMs and less than a 15 minute walk to the train station, Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. Plus it had a Bio store three minutes away. The bedroom was huge and the bed comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: Not something I didn't like but the stove is an old gas one you have to light. I was comfortable with that because I've owned two of those stoves, but it might be good to provide instructions for people who haven't used them.
