  It’s location!
  
  What could be improved: It smells damp but my friend who is living in Venice told me that it’s always the case especially in the ground floor.

  Central location, near to vaporetto and Aliluna (airport boat connection) lines and 10 min walk to San Marco, but away from all the major crowds.

  Very friendly and welcoming host. The location is also very good with some restaurants and bars.

  The location is great, 12 minutes walk to St. Mark's Square, many restaurants near by. The room was clean. The staff was very nice, we received a list of recommandations and the self check in was very easy.
  
  What could be improved: The bed was actually a bunk bed. It was very hard for 2 persons to sleep on the lower bed because the left half was higher and very hard. The bathroom door was actually a curtain, which is very uncomfortable when you share the room with somebody.

  I enjoyed my stay a lot. The place is tiny but well equipped, so I had really everything I needed. The neighbour is friendly and quiet. The host is very nice. Visiting the Biennale this place was ideal for me and I would absolutely love to come again.

  Very welcoming and comfortable for one person. Perfect spot and near restaurants, cafes and shops. The welcoming basket was a big plus for the morning after my arrival! Close to the Giardini and easy access from the airport.

  Very good location of the apartment. It is small, but comfortable with all the amenities you need. We would visit again.
