  La disponibilité de l'hôte, très gentil, avant et pendant notre séjour. A répondu rapidement à nos différentes demandes.
  Emplacement idéal, au cœur de Venise, avec accès au lieu essentiel et important de la ville.
  Très peu de passage la nuit dans la rue (impasse), ce qui fait que c'est relativement calme.
  Le logement est neuf, propre, grand, tout le confort y est, avec de délicates attentions de l'hôte.
