  Unique apartment with a terrace on the roof of the house, which offers a gorgeous view.
  5 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge. 20 minutes walk from San Marco. The apartments are quite easy to find; the owners sent detailed instructions with photographs. But the quest to get the keys is somewhat annoying. The tourist tax was left in the key box. The apartment is spacious, on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. 2 bathrooms. Although there is actually no second floor, since it is just a superstructure with a very low ceiling. But the children are very comfortable and even interested.
  The whole feature of these apartments is the terrace. A great place for a morning coffee or an evening glass of prosecco.
  Garbage management in Venice is difficult, so we left 10 euros in the room for trash removal.
  
  What could be improved: Quest with keys. For travelers with heavy suitcases, please note that the apartments are on the 4th floor without an elevator.

  the location and the roof terrace are great, the instructions and the communication with the office were very good

  Appartement très bien situé, permettant de partir à pied ou en vaporetto, dans plusieurs directions pour une visite des différents monuments à ne pas manquer. Proximité de lieux très animés. L'appartement était propre et correctement chauffé, avec de l'eau chaude en quantité suffisante pour 6. Les deux salles de bains sont appréciables pour six personnes.
  
  What could be improved: Sur le site de Booking, il est indiqué deux lits doubles par chambre; c'est inexact, il n'y en a qu'un par chambre, d'où nécessité de cohabitation dans le même lit pour faire dormir les 6 personnes
  Quelques petites "fausses notes" dans un ensemble très correct.
  La toile de couverture de la terrasse toute déchirée; dommage
  Équipements pour la cuisine un peu léger : couverts , bols et tasses : pas 6 éléments de chaque . Peu de matériel pour cuisiner, même si à Venise il y a beaucoup de restaurants. Nombre de fauteuils insuffisants dans le salon.
  Accessoirement un grille pain serait le bienvenu
  La troisième "chambre" étant en mezzanine, il faut y loger les lève-tôt

  A localização é muito boa, bem próximo da ponte rialto onde tem várias opções de comércio. As camas eram confortáveis, lençóis limpos, toalhas limpas e macias, tinha louça suficiente para 6 pessoas.

  только местоположение и понравилось, правда искали апартаменты 2 часа и по адресу, который стоит тут в букинге, вы никогда не найдёте, близко от моста Риальто где-то 350 метров
  
  What could be improved: Во первых, не стоит забывать , что люди едут отдыхать!
  Вотпуске не собираешься готовить, убирать и мусор выносить! Тебе нужно выспаться и отправиться в город наслаждаться атмосферой!
  И вдруг выясняется, что ты должен каждое утро с 6.00 до 8.00 стоять на улице с мусором! (В нашем случае это пустая тара из под напитков и снеков, пищевых отходов не было, т.к питались в кафе)
  Будильник в отпуске заводить? В чём выносить?Сортировка мусора, подразумевает как минимум наличие специальных мешков для мусора и 4 контейнеров с чёткой маркировкой, куда эти мешки разного цвета вставлены. Тут мы увидели 1 урну и всё в ванных комнатах, тоже не было урны для средств гигиены. Получается приезжая в отпуск, первым делом когда с дороги хочешь принять душ, (а если уже глубокий вечер)должен искать хозяйственный магазин и бежать затариваться гелем для душа, мешками для мусора, туалетной бумагой, рулонами одноразовых полотенец, чтоб было чём вытереть стол в кухне, стены хотелось помыть сразу как вошли (чистота – понятие относительное),т.е не было ничего, даже использованной тряпки, не говоря уже про швабру и все остальное…
  Чайника не было, ну это конечно не катастрофа, но гаджет весьма доступный и полезный!
  Чашек было 5тк, хотя снимали на 6 человек, банных полотенец ровно 6тк и одно из них с большим жёлтым пятном, заменить было нечем, поэтому использовали одно на пару!
  За то был плоский телевизор под потолком (30×30"), правда ему лет 40, но мы же ехали гулять и общаться, а не телевизор смотреть, хотя у нас и не получилось бы, каналы не работали
  Самое интересное!
  Когда снимаешь апартаменты с тремя спальнями, понимаешь, что это 3 отдельные комнаты. Так вот, тут оказалось, что одна из спален это надстроенные нары над кухней, на потолочных балках, где приходилось ползать на четвереньках, преодолевая препятствия, перешагивая одну за другой потолочные балки, т.к пола нет… и 3 спален нету, как стоит в описании, имейте это ввиду
