  Amazing location, beautifully clean ! Helpful staff , perfect for a few days away , plus they allowed us to leave our bags at the room as soon as we arrived so a massive bonus
  
  What could be improved: As the mezzanine was open one side you could hear the room below but it wasn’t an issue really, some may not like this , same there’s nowhere to leave back when you leave

  What could be improved: bathroom door cannot close properly. mosquitoes (asked for repellent but never got any) that seriously affect sleep. the loft is also not really separated from the bottom sleeping room ( so the noise in sleep room can be all heard in life)

  What could be improved: Room was not made up/cleaned prior to arrival. We were a little early but by the time the cleaner was finished we were 2+ hrs over the agreed check in time so not a great start to our stay.

  Quaint property located near the Grande Canal. Very clean room that contains a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining area – all completely renovated.
