  We were kindly greeted by our host. The property is beautiful and on the first floor. Light and airy. The central heating worked and a full functioning kitchen. Artistic touches around the house made it feel beautiful and cared for. We would stay again!
  
  What could be improved: We did not mind, but it is 20 min walk to Marco square. It's quiet and we were out of the crowds.

  Beautiful, newly renovated, comfortable and had everything we needed for a group. The bathrooms were roomy, kitchen was fully equipped including basics like oil/salt/pepper to cook. Very cozy space that felt like home. It was also in a great location away from the crowds and chaos but only a few minute walk to everything. The host was very helpful at checkin and provided extra time for checkout. He also gave great recommendations for places to eat.
  
  What could be improved: If we had to say anything negative it would be that the pillows on the bed were uncomfortable and when exiting the apartment there isn’t any light for going down the steps – the switch is downstairs when you enter the building. It looks like they are still finalizing some building renovations so maybe this will be done.

  Our host was in touch before we arrived and actually met us after we got off the boat, right when we started to get a little lost! Excellent support here.
  
  What could be improved: Being from America, the one thing I find challenging is Europe is how people smoke cigarettes indoors. This rental was smoke free but someone nearby (maybe upstairs) smokes and it comes down into our rooms. Made the place smell at times like cigarettes. If I didn't have super smeller nose, wouldn't be a bit deal but I did notice it each day. Even with the smoke, honestly I would stay here again. Really loved all the neighborhood feel.

  Location was great. Crockery, fridge, cooker and all tools for for us to do our own food. Great kitchen area. Very comfortable beds. Great air conditioning that was much needed. Host extremely helpful, polite, honest, was in touch as we arrived, very helpful on phone with giving us directions and was there at the apartment to greet us and explain everything, also advising of the surrounding area and places to visit.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing it was a great stay with nothing extra needed.

  Venice Parsley is ideally located away from busy areas at the end of a waterway so there are no passers by making it tranquil. 10mins walk from the Fondamente Nova water taxi station. The property is stylish and clean with great air conditioning. Beds are very comfortable and the the whole place was very well equipped. We were a family of 4 with 2 older teenagers and the apartment was a perfect size. A great base for seeing a fantastic part of Italy.

  It was a lovely apartment and very comfortable! Aircon was so good and is in the best location. Rooms were a good size as well. The kitchen facilities were really good as well. Was really good for a long stay

  Very easy. I coordinated with the property owner a day before and we discussed how someone would meet me with the keys. I kept the owner informed as I make my way to the property the day of and everything went great.
