  Easy to get to from airport. The apartment is nicely decorated and very well maintained There are many local cafes, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance that didn't feel overwhelmed by tourists. It is in a quieter neighborhood but still very central. I felt very safe in the apartment and in the local area.

  Great, quiet location, away from the crowds yet easily accessible to everywhere by foot/vaporetto. Modern, clean & fully equipped … really easy check in and great communication with the owner.

  Apartment is very conveniently located – walking distance (20 min) along main streets with only three bridges from Santa Lucia train station, 10 min from both vaporetto boat terminals on Grand Canal and FCTV terminal (boats to Milano and Burano). It was easy to find using Maps.me, host also sent a photo of the entrance in advance. Apartment is recently renovated with all necessary appliances, suitable for a partially walking teenager on wheelchair. It was very clean. Host was very responsive to our needs and was very friendly, we left our luggage upon arrival until check in and on departure days after check out.

  The apartment is spacious, comfortable and incredibly clean. It is conveniently located and very silent. It is also just around a corner from a market so very convenient for food arrangements.

  This is a amazing place to stay when visiting Venice. It in great part of the city with all the attractions mins away. The apartment is by far one of the best places i have stayed with a real modern feel. The price was excellent and the owner was really nice we would highly recommend this place.

  We were in Venice for 3 days so booked 2 nights with Rio Terra 2 adults and one teen girl.This property was amazing for our needs.Even the sofa bed in the living was really comfortable double so our daughter was very pleased and the bedroom huge.The apartment is very modern and the location is very good .We didn’t use much of the kitchen but it was equipped with everything.The host was really helpful with any needs we had .Wi fi as well very good.We highly recommend this property i.Thank you
