La posizione è ideale, nel cuore di Venezia, comoda per esplorare facilmente tutte le bellezze della città. Edoardo, il padrone di casa, è stato super gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a darci consigli utili su come muoverci, dove mangiare e cosa vedere. La casa è davvero bella e ben curata, pulitissima e accogliente.
  Consigliamo assolutamente questo B&B a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno tranquillo e confortevole a Venezia, con un servizio impeccabile e una posizione perfetta!

  perfect location between Rialto bridge and San Marco. super clean and freshly renovated appartment with windows on inner courtyard (quiet!)

  bathroom can have the nice Venice sewer smell after heavy rain (to be expected), keep the bathroom door closed, if you leave the windows open, you will get mosquitoes in the rooms (we killed a dozen).

  5 stars isn’t enough!! This place was exceptional!!!!! The location was absolutely perfect and ideal….so close to everything! Edoardo is incredible, I cannot sign the host enough praises — truly he was amazing. The communication leading up to and through the trip was the best I’ve ever experienced. He gave us recommendations on how best to get from the airport to the property. The day we arrived it was raining and he even met us at the water bus with umbrellas!!!!! The apartment it’s is wonderful! All newly renovated, clean, and again — perfect location!!!

  The apartment is recently renovated, it’s looking great. Clean and very quiet. Very central location between Rialto bridge and San Marco. Edoardo is the most friendly host you can imagine, picking you up at the Rialto bridge so you don’t get lost the first minute.
