The attention to small details, like the quality linens and the way they’ve preserved original architectural elements while making sure everything actually works properly (which, trust me, isn’t always a given in Venice).

Mornings are particularly lovely — you can grab coffee and pastries from the local pasticceria just around the corner, then wander back through the quiet streets before the day crowds arrive. The staff here actually knows the neighborhood well, so they’ll point you toward the good stuff — like which osteria serves the best risotto or where to find handmade masks that aren’t tourist junk. There’s something really nice about having a peaceful base to return to after a day of exploring, especially somewhere that feels authentically Venetian rather than like a generic hotel that could be anywhere.

  The apartment is fully equipped as if you live there permanently and is as good in reality as the pictures show.. We only used the kitchen for breakfasts however the kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a washing machine and drying rack. The weather was hot in June however we were kept cool by two airconditioners. The apartment is a few minutes to the Rialto Bridge and all the services, restaurants, shops etc. Others have mentiined there is a kitchen to a restaurant downstairs but we found no smells or noise. The apartment is very quiet with excellent security.. Kiara met us at the apartment and was very helpful with information. We do love to walk and found the location a central spot to explore venice. We hope to return one day and will happily rebook this apartment.
  
  What could be improved: This is advice to others and did not bother us. This apartment has two flights of stairs. It was not as difficult as many we have stayed in during 6 weeks in Italy however the general advice of travel light is recommended. You will need to be able to carry your luggage up the stairs.

  The apartment is so central. 5 min walk from rialto bridge. It is a private stair where there’s only one other apartment. You can’t miss the key lock as its luminous green.
  The apartment is lovely. Great shower. Super clean. Spacious. I would only book this apartment if I come back again as its brilliant value for money. We’ve stayed in some overpriced hotels and been really disappointed. Venice is always busy and accommodation in high demand all year round.
