  1) Location — Of Course i have checked in google maps before booking this property and it was upto my expectations, just in front of the canal.
  2) Size of the property — I didn't expect it would be that big, with 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with shower.
  
  Overall, we had a very good time, would definitely book again, if we visit Venice…would highly recommend.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing, but it would have been good, if this property had balcony, but since this is in ground floor, shouldn't expect it.

  the property is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants but also on a quiet side street next to a canal. it is a great layout, modern and clean

  What could be improved: The cleaner arrived earlier than check-out, letting herself in and don’t acknowledge we were there and still getting ready. When we ask her to come back later she said she didn’t speak English (in English).
