  Location, in a relatively quiet part of town, next to a square that was one of the few we saw that seemed to be used mostly by people who actually live there. Lovely, spacious apartment.
  
  What could be improved: An accident in the next building knocked out the Wi-Fi for the duration of our stay, and cellular reception in the apartment was not strong enough to substitute.

  The apartment's location is excellent! It's just a 9-minute walk from the train station and only 20 minutes away from St. Mark's Square. Moreover, there is a supermarket nearby, and a square with cozy restaurants is right next to the apartment. The apartment itself is very clean, spacious, and decorated in a pleasant Italian style.
  
  What could be improved: 1) We were unable to reach the apartment until 11 pm because of late flight. The owner wanted to charged 50 euros for the late hour key handover. This situation was inconvenient for me, and I had to book another hotel for the first night of my stay in Venice. The keys are only available for pick up between 3-6 pm. This can be very inconvenient for tourists who have to adapt to the owners' schedule. They don't have a lockbox or any other modern devices to facilitate the key handover.
  2) The apartment's boiler has a capacity of 50 liters, which is sufficient for one person to take a shower. However, if you plan to wash your hair, please note that you may end up finishing with cold water. Furthermore, the next person using the shower will need to wait for at least an hour to allow the boiler to heat up again.
  3) This is a minor issue, but it is unpleasant. The apartment did not provide small essentials such as tea, shampoo, and body soap. This can be inconvenient for guests who are traveling on a low-cost with backpacks.
  4) There is a significant delay in receiving responses from Anna. Sometimes, her responses arrive the next day when they are no longer relevant.

  The host greeted us warmly and showed us everything to help us settle in. The location and the general feel of the apartment was wonderful.
  There were lots of electrical outlets and natural light spilled in.
  The bedroom was spacious and had a clothing rack and hooks.
  
  What could be improved: The pillows were lumpy, and the dinner dishes were so high up on the shelf I couldn't reach them.
  There were burnt out light bulbs throughout, one above the door, so it was hard to find the keyhole in the dark.
  The showerhead was leaking and caused spray to go in all directions – making it really difficult to bathe our little one. There was no additional toilet paper.
  There was no combi oven to be able to warm food up.
  There were two coffee makers, but no instructions for the Moka machine (I've used them before but this one didn't work) or specifications for the pods that the pod machine took. It would have been nice to have a list of shops that sold the coffee pods.

  Its location is perfect, near the train station, it’s a large flat and it has everything you need to relax.

  Location is walkable from train station and good communication from host. Comfortable bed in bedroom.
  
  What could be improved: Cooktop was finicky, tricky to cook meals. Pillows could be better and sofa bed mattress was very thin, so the bars were felt through it.
