  Location was fantastic. It was a 25min walk from the station-Venezia Santa Lucia. And very close to San Marco piazza. All main attractions were easy accessible.

  Location, cleanliness and space.
  Host/agent was very easy to contact and prompt
  We were a family of 4 and the bedding was perfect!
  Really loved that just within minutes of getting down everything was at arms length distance!
  
  What could be improved: The entry to main door of the building was a major pain to open each time. At times we were thankful someone was exiting so could open from inside for us.

  Good location and price.
  Welcoming host who even made a guide with recommend restaurants, landmarks etc.
  Had all the frequently used facilities – microwave, hair dryer etc.
  
  What could be improved: Weak wifi, especially in the bedroom.
  Shower barely fits one person and the two doors (of the shower) can't fully close.
  Night tables weren't clean and had a weird musky residue from the underside.
  Surrounding buildings make a lot of noise and it gets really hot during lunch time & dinner because of the fumes from cooking.
  The bathroom smelled like vinegar for some reason.

  The locations is great, if you only need a clean bed to crash the apartment is perfect.
