  The location is superb, so convenient to move around. Joseph & Alessandra are a very pleasant and warm couple who waited & welcomed us to their home. Rooms are warm & beds are comfortable to sleep on. We highly recommended their home for a nice holiday stay in Venice !

  The location was the reason we selected this apartment. It was very close to the train station and vaperetos. The beds were comfortable, the shower was large and clean, everything worked as it should. There was a nice cafe a short walk from the apartment where locals (and I) went for breakfast.
  
  What could be improved: There is no view from the apartment, but we saw everything we wanted to see outside of the apartment.

  Great location close to the train and bus stations. It was also very quiet. The owners were very quick to respond to questions and when we needed help with the door lock. Bedrooms were spacious and the bathroom fit our needs perfectly.
