  The apartment is in a great location. 20 minutes from St Marco, 15 minutes from train station, 8 minutes from bus station.
  It’s very quiet and very comfortable. Very well equipped. Great kitchen and bathroom. Large living room.
  The fridge is full of drinks and a lot of snacks, coffee on the counter. Perfect place. We will go back.

  Great location in the city – a few minutes walk away from good restaurants, bakeries, the station and the main attractions. Clean and spacious with all the essentials. The provided snacks and drinks (coffee, tea, water etc) were a welcome touch.

  Luca's apartment is very very nice and in a perfect location close to the Scuolo San Rocco on a street with numerous little restaurants very close to the Piazza where the buses come in from the airport. Luca met us when we arrived although we almost missed him, and entry might have been complicated had he not been there. Once we "got the system down", it worked perfectly. Breakfast was provided at the bar next door and served to us by a lovely woman who greeted us warmly each of the 6 days we were there. Luca also provided a much appreciated bottle of wine. His apartment has everything a traveler needs and more. We appreciated how responsive he was to questions we had as well.
  
  What could be improved: Rental of the apartment entails a security deposit that we found to be high compared to other such deposits we have paid in other places. Those renting who do not normally live in EU currency might keep in mind that when the deposit is returned, they may find they have lost (or possibly gained) funds in the process of exchanging currency into and then back from Euros. The deposit was returned to us quite promptly once Luca was satisfied that we had left the apartment in good order.

  The best place I ever rent. Wonderful appartement, very well furnished. Ideal place to stay for a couple. Need to be in a good shape because it's in the 4rth floor without elevator. The is a small terrasse that allow you to enjoy sunset on Venise roof and churches. Very quiet place in a building at the end of an alley.
  Everything is new and need. Completely well furbished with everything to cook. Wonderful kitchen and bathroom. The host offered bottle of wine, water in the fridge and snacks. Perfect stay. Thanks.

  Location perfect near Piazza Roma. Very cozy and modern appartment,a very high class renovated and totally restyled etage in a wonderfull quiet area!The host Luca is very attentif and communicatif. Everything in this place is just perfect!
