  Extremely friendly and professional staff. Room is very nice and spacious. Cute view of the canal. Great location. Highly recommended!

  It was a pretty quick walk from the train station. They replaced the towels every day and you are right on a canal with a coffee shop steps from the front of the hotel. They also upgraded us free of charge without us even requesting it to the larger suite cause we had our toddler with us and it was available.
  
  What could be improved: Theres a bridge right at the front door, hard to get a hold of any employees if you need something unless you buzz them at the front door which calls them. Only a kettle and water bottles provided. No coffee or anything.

  We stayed for only one night but were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to a lovely suite. Very comfortable space, good bathroom and comfy bed. Right on one of the canals 😍
  
  What could be improved: There is not very good signage for where the accommodation is located so we had some difficulty initially finding the place, however this is a minor issue.

  The photos do not do the rooms justice. Beautiful rooms situated right on a canal with gondolas going past. Walking distance to train station as well as San Marco and Rialto bridge. Very good ratio between quality and price. Beds were excellent compared to what you usually find in Italy.
  
  What could be improved: Close to a street with lots of foot traffic. However in the evening very quiet and relaxing.
