  This apartment is fabulous for a stay in Venice. It is huge, with wonderful views from every window, and just outside the noisy centre. We loved our stay.

  unfortunately flight was late and therefore our arrival was late and we were penalised by 65 euro for late arrival which wasnt our fault but managed to get keys and property was lovely and not far off main walkway through venice. Only stayed 3 days but had a wonderful time
  
  What could be improved: Nothing really , bedroom windows open out onto the canal so early morning you will hear some early morning boats but i quite liked that and it wasnt an inconvenience, but for those who dont like that , take ear plugs. Peoperty is lovely and there are a few sets of stairs to get up , but Venice is all about bridges and stairs

  We were met by the key agent who kept in contact with us prior to arrival. He showed us how everything worked and answered all our questions. This is a spacious apartment. Great location within easy walking distance to the main sights and Grand Canal. Would recommend it and happy to stay here again.

  What could be improved: very austere and dark. Not very comfortable. very masculine I would suggest. Only one air conditioning unit in the hall. ok if you want to sleep there but useless particularly for the second bedroom.

  What could be improved: it was cold and needed some extra electric heaters as it is a large space to heat. 2nd bedroom very small and dark compared to the one big double. No wardrobe to hang anything and beds were not particularly comfortable. TV also not working no satellite signal.

  Es war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist riesig und genau wie auf den Fotos. Es war warm, also gut geheizt. In der großen Küche gab es alles was man braucht, genug Geschirr, genug Töpfe, also alles ausreichend. Alle Fenster hatten Fensterläden und fliegengitterrollos. Geschlafen haben wir im kleinen Zimmer mit den beiden Einzelbetten. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Die Fenster sollte man über Nacht zumachen, die Boote sind manchmal etwas laut. Mit den Fernsehern sind wir nicht klargekommen aber in Venedig muss man nicht fernsehen.
  Die Lage war fantastisch. Zum Supermarkt waren es nur 5 Minuten, 2 Anleger vom Vaporetto waren in der Nähe,. Zum Bäcker waren es 2 Minuten.
  
  What could be improved: Die Dusche mit den vielen Düsen sollte mal überholt werden. Bei dem geringen Wasserdruck reicht auch eine einfache Dusche.
