  The apartment was clean and bright. It is located near the central part of Venice and not a far walk from other popular sites. Marine was very helpful available for anything I needed l. I will stay here again.

  Location was absolut top and it was the second time I was staying in this room. The room looks exactly like on the pictures published by the host. The mattress on the bed was of a high quality but far too soft for my liking. It did not influence the overall very positive experience of sleeping in the attic of a Venetian medieval palazzo though. The heating was working fine. Hot water in the shower too. Maybe the electric hob in the kitchen needs exchanging. It was very weak and it took ages to boil an egg 😉 I will come back for sure. Thank you!

  The location was good, staff more than helpful and Marine helped carry the luggage up which was really helpful. Everything you needed was in the unit apart from some milk in the fridge.
  
  What could be improved: Suggest when advertising unit mention all the stairs to access the unit. All the bridges you have to carry your luggage over to get to the unit (advise best route to take, requiring less bridge crossings). Should mention the doorway into the shower is quite small therefore not suitable for larger guests and the bidet took up most of the space in the bathroom.
