  Great location, easy to access, extremely clean and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: Renovation effort has been made, but not coherently throughout the apartment which is a pity. Also, would be great if lift could be used by people and not just luggage.

  The hosts , Audrey and Simon were exceptional ! They helped us with transportation , dinner reservations and recommendations which really made our travel experience easy and enjoyable. The apartment is amazing , very spacious and clean. We ate take out dinner in the apartment a few nights and it was fantastic to relax and enjoy the water views .

  Location was soooo good! Right by the key places to visit with views to die for. A lovely light and roomy apartment that met all our needs. Audrey went out of her way to help us organise trips and taxis and ensured that we had everything we needed. Loved the online door opening system. And the restaurant right outside the door was brilliant! Would 100% recommend!
  
  What could be improved: This place is truly brilliant, but shower in large bedroom ensuite isn't designed very well – very difficult to have shower without getting the floor wet. Also, no mugs for our cuppas, but that is a British thing!!

  What a stunning property !Within walking distance to the Basilica and Piazza San Marco .Many restaurants near by .We went to the resturants they suggested and they were great .Audrey and Simon were responsive and always super helpful .The water taxi from the airport drops you within minutes of the building .There are 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms with a kitchen .3 bedrooms and living area have a view of the Grand Canal ( Corner bedroom has a partial view ).The apartment also provides Wifi .There is a small elevator in the building that can accommodate 4 adults .

  Fantastic location and apartment. Great for our family! Central to everything we wanted to do. The staff that run the property are extremely helpful. Awesome that it had a lift to use for all our luggage too!
