  The location of the hotel is superb. Really nice facilities and beautiful canal view rooms. The staff at the restaurant and bar was exceptional.
  
  What could be improved: Concierge desk was not at all helpful. They could not even get a reservation at the hotel restaurant for the hotel guests. Spoke directly to the restaurant manager who arranged a reservation. No help with any reservations or arrangements.
