  Очень хорошее расположение: легко добраться из аэропорта и несложно добраться до основных достопримечательностей, очень спокойный район, рядом парк, неплохой супермаркет и разные бары/рестораны. Квартира небольшая, но удобная. Хорошо оборудованная кухня, на которой можно приготовить что угодно. Спальня с двумя кроватями. В целом всё очень понравилось, и будем рады вернуться ещё.
  
  What could be improved: Заселение не раньше 15:30. Было бы очень хорошо организовать более раннее заселение хотя бы за дополнительную оплату.
  Квартира расположена на втором этаже без лифта и с довольно крутой и узкой лестницей. Может быть несколько затруднительным для людей, у которых проблемы с ногами.

  Buena ubicación a 15-20min andando de la plaza de San Marco. Parada de vaporetto a 7min andando. Barrio tranquilo y con opciones de restauración. Alojamiento muy limpio y cocina bien equipada. Buen colchón en la cama y zona tranquila en una calle lateral. Recomendable.
  
  What could be improved: Lo único que teníamos que esperar a recoger las llaves a las 15.30h en la recepción. Pero muy amable la chica que nos atendió.Al ser una calle estrecha, no tiene vistas mas que a la ventana de enfrente.

  Spacious, clean, excellent cooking facilities, wifi and air-condition, near shops and restaurants that the locals use. If you are interested in the Biennale it is perfect.

  Cozy and extraclean appartment in a very cool area of Venize. Price was fair and all expectations were met, even surpassed, especially with all things related to the location (beautiful and not so busy neighbourhood with cool bars and supermarkets close by).

  The host do not pick calls or respond on what’s app before 3:30 pm so if you reach st. Lucia station you can take a ferry unless they inform you the apartment address, location/nearest water bus station as this critical info is revealed in the description so you waste another 1 -1:30 hrs before to reach the apartment.
  
  Poor quality utensils kept in apartment such as non stock coating of sauce pan, egg pan was peeling off.
  
  Shower cubicle is super small just enough for people under 5 foot , hot water pressure not adequate , instant water geyser kept switching off.

  Very clean, comfortable room and beds, kitchen fully equipped with cooking ustensils and basic ingredients such as coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper. Quiet and private location, easy to check-in. Overall great place to stay around Biennale area

They wanted to rearrange the beds available in the apartment when the photos and description of the apartment we booked was clearly one double and one single bed. The apartment has no views (windows all open on adjacent walls).
