  Ottima posizione per visitare Venezia e muoversi a piedi.
  Alloggio per organizzato per il soggiorno di alcuni giorni, con cucina attrezzata.

  L'emplacement est idéal, proche de la place San Marco et des animations. L'appartement est spacieux. L'hôte est très agréable, très arrangeant et disponible à toute heure. Il nous a rendu service avec plaisir. Rien à redire sur sa gentillesse. La literie est bonne. (lit 160 dans la chambre parentale très apprécié). Lits non superposés dans la deuxième chambre ce qui est également plus agréable.
  Appartement correct pour quelques nuits seulement.
  
  What could be improved: L'appartement est sombre et humide. Il est assez vétuste et mériterait des travaux de rénovation. Les équipements de la cuisine sont assez rudimentaires.

  Pefect location close to all interesting places. In the winter time quiet. Close to small market snd fantastic pizza. Nice old building with all adventages and disadventages of it's age. Quite big bathroom, good size of living room. Master bedroom with a wardrobe. Good wi-fi, nice kitchen well equiped in plates and glass, less in pots.
  Stairs on the staircase, as in old house very narrow but, not steep, easy to get up or down.
  
  What could be improved: House needs a bit refreshment, and care. Tv hanging up the wall with broken remote control, too soft beds -all beds. The second bedroom is really small and narrow. For two kids but not for two adults. And less of pots for milk cooking or somethink like this.

  The apartment was close to everything, it was very clean and confortable, the staff very helpful and friendly. There is many shops and restaurants near,and its very Spacious and the kitchen is very big.
