  Doskonała spokojna lokalizacja! 10-15 min prostej drogi z dworca autobusowego przy Piazzale Roma. Tuż obok tramwaj wodny przystanek Santa Marta, niecały kilometr sklep spożywczy Connad. Spacerem ok.30 min prostą drogą można dojść do gondoli za 2 euro i przepłynąć na drugi brzeg kanału Grande wprost na Plac Świętego Marka.
  Mieszkanie z oddzielnym wejściem i dostępem do tarasu.
  Niedziałająca spłuczka naprawiona tego samego dnia!
  W pobliżu bardzo spokojny campus studencki z kawiarnią Hummus, w której można przyjemnie zjeść i napić się kawy.
  Lokalizacja sprawia, że z dwóch stron można cudownie zwiedzić Wenecję.
  Idealne rozwiązanie dla kogoś kto nigdy nie był w Wenecji i może obawiać się trudności w przemieszczaniu.
  Pani Cristiana, która nas przyjęła podesłała wiele przydatnych turystycznych informacji. Dobry, stały z nią kontakt w razie pytań i wątpliwości.

  The bathroom was clean. It is a short distance from the bus station. There is a nice promenade nearby. There were mosquito repellents.
  If this is your price range you can find something similar in a better location.
  
  What could be improved: First I start with the attitude of our host and our accommodation. When making arrangements to hand over the keys to the apartment, it matters what time we check in in the evening. We had a problem with the flight, but we still arrived on time (around 9:30 pm) when she said it would take her about 40 min to get to the place. In the end, we paid the dearest cent because she showed up after 10 pm. The problem was that she blamed us directly that it was our fault, which is not a good customer approach.
  Second, there were ants in the place – starting in the hall and continuing into the living room. There was also some plastic waste that was not cleaned up.
  Third – there was a strong musty, stale smell in the apartment which could not be dissipated throughout our stay.

  Extremely close to the vaparetto and easy to find in walking distance from Piazzale Roma. You can walk to the center of Venice in about 30 minutes.
  
  What could be improved: The place could use a thorough cleaning. There were mold in the bathroom and a lot of dust in chunks on the carpets. Also a lot of mosquitoes, but thats just the location and not the places "fault".
