  The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen. The bathroom was fine too. Nice cripsy white bedlinen, comfy beds and very quiet. Nice, friendly meet and greet to hand over the keys.
  
  What could be improved: It was hot when we stayed. The air conditioning was old and the water container needed to be emptied regularly. It was noisy and the coolness only reached the bedroom if the bedroom door was left open which was fine for us but not if you wanted privacy in the bedroom. Suggest it could do with an update!

  Very nice apartment, great location, a bit away from tourist crowds! Very convenient location if coming for Biennale events.
  Apartment had many windows and even a small balcony that gave nice light for indoors and a perfect vacation feeling.
  The bed was very very comfortable!
  
  What could be improved: Just one minor thing- in the kitcken there was only one normal size cup for a cofee or tea.

  Very clean. 10 minutes walk to St Mark’s Square so you can get away from the bustle. Easy to get to from the boat. Excellent communication with owners and person who met us at the property on arrival.

  What could be improved: The mosquitos 🙂 But that's a general problem if you open the windows in Venice, I guess, and on the white walls, they stood out and could be caught and thrown out easily … Air condition rather noisy — we didn't have more than 30 C or so, so brief use was sufficient, but sleeping with the thing turned on might be a problem.
