  Very nice apartment with a good location and very nice canal view. The apartment was big and clean, and the staff very friendly.

  What could be improved: Too far from the main activities and ferry stops. Much walking involved in getting to and from.

  Great view of the canal, decent wifi, owner was very responsive.

  Good location. Beds were comfortable. Showers were lovely. Aircon in living room was excellent.

  The location was fantastic. 10mins walk from the train station and a great base for exploring Venice on foot.
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen equipment was a bit sparse but the host responded quickly with some additional items. Dishwasher didn’t seem to have been working for a long time. There was a clothes washer but no rack or airer for hanging clothes.
