  Nice quiet location, short walk to popular locations. 20 minutes to Doge Palace

  Francesco was accommodating and easy to communicate with. He met with us immediately upon our arrival, which was earlier than planned and allowed us to check in straightaway.
  
  The handover process was simple and quick, and then he let us have our own privacy with zero interference.
  
  The place was spacious enough for 2 persons. It was clean, warm, and was equipped with full facilities. Being able to rest properly without any problems after full days of walking is a big blessing and we thank Francesco for that.
  
  Would definitely stay here should we visit Venice again in the future. Thanks Francesco!

  It’s very clean, everything you need you can find- iron, boiler, coffee, tea, clean towels, shampoo, hairdryer.
  Location is around 30 min walk from San Marko but it’s calm beautiful and calm place.
  Next to Appartement very nice restaurant for lunch and dinner (Cosa Bonita).
  
  What could be improved: It’s little bit small for 3 person but I guess everywhere in Venice like this.

  Very nice and comfortable apartment. Perfect location. Super quiet. Less than 10 minute walk from Venice central train station. Short walk to supermarket. Water bus at the door. Very good restaurants only meters from the apartment. We hit the jackpot when we found the accommodation. Fransisco is a great host. He bent over backwards to help us navigate Venice.

  The apartment is located in a quiet area of Venezia. It's a small apartment but well equipped with everything that is necessary for cooking and eat in the apartment and very clean. The area is quiet but near to a street with a lot of restaurants, bars and supermarket. It's a bit far from the most important attractions but is a nice walk, if you like to walk like we do.
  The owner, Francesco, is a nice person and very helpful.

  This is an excellent apartment in a really good location not far from the station in the delightful Cannaregio district. The apartment was very well equipped and very quiet. Francesco was a welcoming and friendly host with great knowledge of the neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend this property.
