  The location was good – just a short water taxi from the train station. It was also nice to stay off the main island on Venice. There are cafes and restaurants nearby as well as small grocery stores. The bidet was an added bonus.
  
  What could be improved: This apartment has lots of potential and is very spacious. Some suggested improvements are: no stains on bed linens, get rid of mold in shower, provide soap and shampoo, provide a small amount of laundry detergent and more toilet paper – those necessities that travellers do not readily carry.

  Flat was easy to get to once you get off the boat stop of Palanca.

  The location was good. We had easy access to puplic transport so it was very easy to reach without a car.
  
  What could be improved: The Appartement was not very clean and had a moldy smell in some of the rooms. Especially the kitchen was not clean. Some of the dishes seemed like they had not been properly washed.

  Great location almost on the harbor at Giudecca, right across from Central Venice.
  
  What could be improved: A few things were not working: shower door and toilet seat were broken, minisplit was leaking water. Owner was aware and said he would repair these all after our visit.

  The advertising was rather misleading! We were led to understand that our accommodation package included free breakfast but only foundout after messaging to inquire on and waiting for the breakfast that we could go to their nearby restaurant and enjoy some discounts! This was soooo disaapointing. Also the location though not technically far but was not on the main island and we had to incur more costs to take a water taxi. So these issues spoiled an otherwise fairly enjoyable stay!

  Helpful owner, kept our luggage after check out and offered us free cake and drinks for not having the extra bed set up.

  What could be improved: 1. The owner of the facility is cheating and even though it says "breakfast included" in the offer, there is no breakfast.
  We got rusks, 3 small jams, a few express teas for a family of 4 with a small, 2-year-old child (I am adding a photo of breakfasts for a family of 4 for two days).
  After reporting the problem, the manager suggested for breakfast the next day, and I quote: "I invite you to the restaurant for crossaints and cappuccino."
  For the entire stay we had to stock the fridge with the products to have the breakfasts we paid for!
  2. As if that wasn't enough, Massimo (that's the name of the contact person) wanted to cheat me at the end of the stay by making me pay the tourist tax for the stay, even though I had done it when booking the stay, which was confirmed on the Booking.com hotline.
  The Booking.com consultant confirmed that the tourist tax had been collected at the time of booking and I don't have to pay anything else.
  We were not the only ones who were deceived when it comes to breakfast, other people's opinions about this place prove the same.
