  Very well located apartment, with good facilities, clean and cozy.

  Location in Venice. Air-conditioner in every room. Clear instructions in written. Easy remote communication with the host. City tax payment via PayPal, not only cash. We were allowed to enter the apartment early in the morning, without waiting for the formal check-in time. Enough rooms and beds for our big family. Door code instead of keys. Well renovated.
  
  What could be improved: There is no dishwashing machine. As we often had meals in the apartment, it took a bit of time to wash all dishes afterwards manually. Two sleeping rooms and the bathroom are on the 2nd floor, while the living room and the kitchen are on the 3rd floor. We walked the stairs a lot because of that. It was fine with us, but may be harder for someone else.

  Good location on a quiet street, with restaurants and shops nearby. Good connections with vaporetto and walking distance from San Marco square.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment was clean but everything in it was quite old, so it didn’t smell very fresh. The rooms were on different levels with a lot of stairs, which was not very convenient with children. We also expected toiletries but were only provided half a bottle of hand soap.

  The Castello area was lovely and quiet- near the Giardini Biennale water taxi stop. We also enjoyed the street nearby with amazing restaurants. the house felt authentic and large.
  
  What could be improved: The house needs a little more work to make it comfortable for guests. Beds were very uncomfortable. The kitchen also needs more bowls and a skillet would be nice.
  The Wifi didn’t work the entire time even after we reset it.

  The apartment is located not far away from the Vaparetto station and 2 stations away from S.Marco – San Zaccaria. It generally has all the basic staff one would need. The host was friendly and flexible, but only available over the phone.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is old, e.g. the doors are noisy, the furniture is very old. The pillows and beds themselves were not comfortable. The kitchen had a lot of porcelain, and very used/ scratched frying pans – not sure those can still be used for cooking.

  Beautiful Venetian Apartment in quiet area yet only 3 mins walk to Vaparetto and easy access to all areas of Venice. Apartment was beautiful but on 3 floors so just be aware.
  
  What could be improved: Thankful for air conditioning but noisy as also didn't quite go as low as one would wish
