  La localisation dans le quartier de San Marco et du Campo San Stefano en particulier, où se trouvent quelques bons restaurants et de belles boutiques d'artisans locaux. La proximité également d'un traghetto (au bout de la rue de l'appartement), de la station de vaporetto ou d'arrêt de taxi à San Samuele. Et bien sûr le pont de l'Académie pour se rendre à Dorsoduro
