  What could be improved: Everything was good. It may be a bit far from the city centre for some people but for us it was ideal, as we enjoy the peace & quiet after a long day out.

  The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We appreciated the large rooms, bathroom included. The kitchen and laundry facilities are very useful. Excellent communication with the management.
  
  What could be improved: A fan in the bedroom would have been nice but not necessary. Three fights of steep stairs were challenging with luggage but not a problem. Both of these are minor inconveniences that are easily overcome.

  The apartment is immaculately clean, comfortable and in a great location. The outside terrace is a bonus. The street where the apartment is located is very quiet and we loved our stay.

  Wonderful host who made sure to make our stay in Venice memorable and comfortable! – guided us to the property by providing us with a video from the the boat stop to the apartment.
  Great location- just a few metres from the boat stop (Giardini).

  Perfect size for a family of 4, pretty well maintained, owner super helpful and friendly, allowed us to leave our bags and hurried to clean up the room so that it was available sooner for us. Very well located by water bus and you could also walk everywhere. 100% recommended to stay
